Ronny Kirkland Perseverance Award
Named in honor of its first recipient, this award recognizes a Consultant who has most consistently demonstrated leadership, success, and growth in their organization through the most challenging of circumstances. Ronny’s positive attitude and sunny disposition endeared him to all who had the pleasure of meeting him. He will be missed by all at Ambit.

Between the two of them, ECs Ernie and Peggy Force have overcome health issues and business challenges that would have caused many to give up. And despite all this, they have remained cheerful, helpful and inspiring to others. Their business presentations draw standing-room-only crowds, and they love to share the Ambit opportunity and the success it has brought them. Still going strong, Ernie says his goal is to be the oldest NC in Ambit history. Previous winners of the Pure Energy Award, it’s only fitting that this energetic couple be honored with the Ronny Kirkland Perseverance Award for 2017.

They let their excitement and passion for the Opportunity translate into success. They are consistent Top 50 earners, members of the Five-Star club, Pure Energy recipients and have now earned the Ronny Kirkland Perseverance Award.

As a young couple, Adam and Michelle Carey loaded up their truck and moved to Texas to pursue their dream of owning an Ambit business. They worked jobs parking cars and waiting tables while they built a life and business together. Their hard work, struggle and sacrifice paid off in 2009 as they promoted to Executive Consultants. They are true examples of servant leaders, always giving of themselves and never asking for anything in return.
