Angie works for Customer Care. I called with a customer who used to be a Consultant because this person had some issues with their account, late payments and also had questions about renewal. This customer behaved in a rude way, even when all the issues were caused by their lack of action and were not Ambit Energy's fault. Angie managed the situation graciously, calm and was very respectful during the call. She also offered solutions for each one of the issues and answered all the questions. Customer Care is not an easy job and I would like to recognize Angie for the great job she did with this customer.
